**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks, consistently meeting quality standards.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, with precision and care.
- Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, take orders accurately, and provide personalized recommendations based on preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the café, including the espresso bar, seating area, and restrooms.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies, and communicate needs to management.
- Uphold FondOf Café's commitment to exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and contribute to the overall success of the café.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Barista in a café or coffee shop setting.
- Proficiency in coffee preparation techniques, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to continually learn and improve in the craft of coffee-making.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
