**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering their queries through chat and voice calls. If you're a good communicator, friendly, and have a passion for helping people, we'd love to have you on board

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and voice calls.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
- Follow company guidelines and processes to ensure quality service.
- Record customer interactions and feedback for future reference.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Basic computer knowledge (typing, browsing, using software tools).
- Ability to stay calm and polite under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Shift Timings:

- For Male Employees:
Rotational Shifts (Day, Night, Morning, Evening) - 9 hours shift.
- For Female Employees:
Fixed Shifts (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) - Morning Shifts

Working Days: 6 days a week (1 day off).
