As an Online Sales and Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing timely updates, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly and courteously to customer queries via WhatsApp and Indiamart messaging platforms.
- Providing detailed information about our products, pricing, and shipping policies to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Proactively reaching out to customers with updates on their orders, including order confirmations, shipment tracking details, and delivery status.
- Ensuring that all customer communication is professional, accurate, and reflective of our brand values.
- Collaborating with other team members to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and improve the overall customer experience.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions in our CRM system.
- Assisting with data entry and administrative tasks to support sales and customer service operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and proficiency in using messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and Indiamart.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
- Knowledge of [insert industry-specific products or services] is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
