**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Video Editing & Content Creation**:
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, events, and social media platforms.
- Create promotional, informational, and event highlight videos that align with the institution's branding.
- **Social Media Management**:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and reach on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance to optimize content strategies.
- **Photography & Videography**:
- Capture photos and videos of events, campus activities, and day-to-day happenings to build a content library.
- Ensure all visuals meet the quality standards and resonate with the institution's audience.
- **Graphic & Poster Design**:
- Design visually appealing posters, banners, brochures, and other promotional materials for both online and offline use.
- Collaborate with various departments to create content tailored to specific campaigns or events.
- **Brand Management**:
- Ensure all digital content aligns with the institution’s brand guidelines and promotes its core values effectively.
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all marketing platforms.
- **Event Promotion & Coverage**:
- Support and promote institutional events through creative campaigns, capturing live updates, and publishing post-event content.
- Leverage digital platforms to maximize event visibility and audience participation.
- **Digital Marketing Campaigns**:
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to promote admissions, new programs, and institutional achievements.
- Work on SEO and SEM strategies to drive traffic to the institution's website.
**Qualifications & Skills Required**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in video editing, graphic design, and social media management.
- Expertise in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Canva, and other editing/design software.
- Proficiency in photography and videography, including basic knowledge of cameras and lighting equipment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and creative thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content writing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
- Experience in the education sector is a plus.
