**Client Relationship Management**:
Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and objectives.

Proactively engage with clients to offer a wide range of products and services based on their requirements.

Provide expert advice on various solutions, including services.

Conduct regular portfolio reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify additional product or service opportunities.

Resolve client inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and satisfactorily.

**Business Development**:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.

Generate leads and convert them into new relationships.

Collaborate with product specialists and underwriters, to structure and deliver customized solutions.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify potential growth areas.

**Sales and Revenue Generation**:
Achieve individual sales targets by cross-selling and up-selling products and services.

Prepare and present proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of recommended solutions.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies during the sales process.

Monitor and track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to meet or exceed sales goals.

**Relationship Building**:
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and events to strengthen relationships and promote customer loyalty.

Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to expand the professional network and acquire new clients.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations.

Market Intelligence and Reporting:
Stay informed about market conditions, economic indicators, and industry trends that may impact clients' situations.

Prepare regular reports on client activities, sales performance, and market developments.

Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Field sales: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:
