Job Role and Responsibilities
- Should also have experience with troubleshooting and issue resolution principles, methodologies and techniques.
- Manages user accounts on Zoho assets and assigns and updates security permissions on the network according to

security policy.
- Helps develop, document, communicate, and enforce a network technology policy.
- Is responsible for the installation and configuration of new software.
- Is responsible for monitoring system performance, and managing the Backups of IT systems and storage

utilization.
- Exposure to scripting language/tools such as Deluge and SQL
- Awareness of commercial impact of decisions and solutions should be experienced within a Managed

Services/Consultancy environment.
- IT project management / change management certification desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrable stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Experience of working in a back-end environment.
- Support the IT security setup for the Zoho IT estate.
- Responsible for the security and implementation of Workdrive.
- Identify and manage all risks and vulnerabilities within the Zoho ecosystem.
- Assist with the delivery of audit responses from an IT and Transition perspective.
- Escalate Hardware related Issues.

- Highly proficient in all design aspects.
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
- A pro-active, positive and ‘can do’ attitude.
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently.
- Must be a team player.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
