Job Title: Zoho Marketing Automation Expert Employer: Value Score Business Solutions LLP Deployment: Client Location Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Zoho Marketing Automation Expert who will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing Zoho Marketing Automation for our client. The candidate will work closely with the client's marketing, sales, and technology teams to support end-to-end automation workflows, campaign execution, lead management, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Zoho Marketing Automation Setup & Management Implement and configure Zoho Marketing Automation as per business requirements. Create automation workflows, lead scoring models, and customer journey mapping. Manage and optimize email campaigns, nurture flows, and autoresponders. 2. Integration & Technical Support Integrate Zoho Marketing Automation with Zoho CRM and other Zoho apps. Ensure seamless data sync between systems and troubleshoot integration issues. Coordinate with Value Score and client IT teams for technical dependencies. 3. Campaign Execution & Optimization Design, schedule, and execute targeted marketing campaigns. Conduct A/B testing for emails, landing pages, and automation workflows. Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights. 4. Reporting & Analysis Generate performance dashboards and regular reports. Analyze KPIs such as open rates, CTRs, conversions, pipeline influence, etc. Recommend improvements to enhance marketing ROI. 5. Training & Documentation Train client teams on Marketing Automation features and best practices. Maintain SOPs, workflow documents, and campaign logs. Act as the primary Zoho Marketing Automation point of contact at client site. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Zoho Marketing Automation. Strong understanding of digital marketing processes and automation workflows. Knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, and other Zoho applications. Experience in HTML email templates, landing page customization is an advantage. Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work independently at client location while maintaining alignment with Value Score. Additional Requirements: Certification in Zoho Marketing Automation or Zoho CRM (preferred). Strong problem-solving and documentation abilities. Willingness to interact directly with client stakeholders.
