**Skills**
- Qualification - Graduate
- Minimum 5 years of experience - **Apparel / Textile Industry**:

- In-depth knowledge of garments, fabrics, trims, and quality control procedures.
- Familiarity with quality control tools, methodologies, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to quality assurance.
- Knowledge about Fabric QC, Garment in-line QC, Mid line QC, Final Inspection.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Perform detailed quality inspections at various stages of garment production, including fabric inspection, pre-production, in-line inspections, and final inspections.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on fabrics, trims and accessories to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and address any quality issues, deviations, or defects in a timely manner, communicating with suppliers and production teams to rectify and prevent reoccurrence.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and guidelines, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and company standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement quality control measures and monitor their effectiveness.
- Create and maintain quality control reports, documenting inspection findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken.
- Train and educate production staff on quality control procedures, standards, and requirements.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
