**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. As an SEO Executive, you will play a key role in driving organic growth by implementing effective SEO strategies to improve website ranking, visibility, and traffic. You will work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure our digital presence aligns with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Strategy & Implementation**:

- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to achieve high rankings in SERPs.
- Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps in content and strategies.
- **Keyword Research**:

- Conduct detailed keyword research to identify opportunities for traffic growth.
- Use tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest.
- **Content Optimization**:

- Optimize website content, metadata, headers, and images for target keywords.
- Provide SEO recommendations for blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets.
- **Technical SEO**:

- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues like broken links, crawl errors, and page load speed.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement fixes and improvements.
- **Link Building**:

- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
- Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to maintain link quality.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO software.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest actionable improvements.
- **Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Adapt strategies based on changes in search engine algorithms.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with content writers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive SEO strategy.
- Provide training or guidance to junior team members if required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role for at least 3 years.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems like WordPress or Shopify.
- Excellent knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret website performance data.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Certification in SEO or Digital Marketing is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in eCommerce or large-scale websites.
- Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO strategies.
- Basic knowledge of PPC campaigns to align SEO with paid search efforts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
