Job Title: Content Planner and Editor Trainee

Location: Cuttack

Employment Type: Part-time, Hybrid mode (in-person and remote)

Duration: 3 months trainee, followed by a full-time role with a salary of 20k per month

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Content Planner and Editor Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our content team to plan and create engaging content for our digital platforms, optimize content for search engines, and edit videos. You will also be responsible for planning and scheduling social media posts. The trainee will receive training and guidance from our senior content team during the first three months.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the content team to plan and develop content for our digital platforms
- Conduct research to identify relevant topics, keywords, and trends to inform content creation
- Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and organic traffic
- Edit videos using editing software and ensure high-quality production standards
- Plan and schedule social media posts on various platforms to increase engagement and drive traffic
- Work with the team to analyze the performance of content and social media posts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content planning and creation
- Assist with any other content-related tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and SEO best practices
- Experience with video editing software and tools
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior content team members
- Available to work part-time initially, with the possibility of converting to a full-time role after 3 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Video editing: 1 year (preferred)
