**Job Title**: Tele-Marketing Executive
**Location**: C-006, Ground Floor, Grand Bazaar, Bamphakuda, Cuttack - 754001
**Experience Required**: 1 to 2 Years (preferably in Insurance or FMCG sector)

**Qualification**:

- Any Graduate
- MBA in Marketing

**Job Responsibilities (Brief)**:

- Conduct outbound calls to inform and educate customers about the latest offers and promotions
- Promote and facilitate home delivery of grocery items to both existing and prospective customers
- Drive sales and meet assigned targets through effective communication and persuasion
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and order details
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to share customer insights and enhance service quality

**Skills Required**:

- Strong verbal **communication and interpersonal skills**:

- Basic understanding of **marketing activities and sales processes**:

- Presentable and professional appearance
- Comfortable working full-time from the office
- Confidence in driving sales through outbound calling

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
