**Responsibilities**:

- Play a critical role within the deal team; helping manage the deal process from origination to execution
- Work closely with Associates and management to build financial models, Investment Memorandum, pitch deck and other deliverables for the target companies
- Perform industry and company research to support companies in Fund raising and M&A deals
- Structure, prepare and deliver client presentations
- Represent clients in M&A and Fund raising deals
- Analyze risks and opportunities while advising companies on alternative strategies for acquisition, disposition, and financing of businesses
- Participating in investments negotiations and structuring of the transaction
- Manage and mentor junior professionals in the context of deal executions, marketing pitches and general career development
- Work closely with PE / VC investors, senior bankers, clients, lawyers and representatives from other stakeholders

**Job Requirements**:

- Education : CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)
- Minimum 5 + years of experience in fundraising, M&A, pitch deck preparation, financial due diligence / financial modelling with a PE / VC / Investment Banking firm or similar experience on the business side
- Should have hands-on experience of pitching to investors
- Ability to work independently and on tight deadlines
- Good networking and communication skills
- Ability to evaluate businesses from operational and financial angles
