**About the Role**

Unipart IT delivers business transformation and system implementation services, both as part of Logistics contracts and standalone. This is a very exciting time to be joining us and get involved in our bold growth plans for the years ahead.

You will be joining at a key point of our growth and transformation, as we are ramping up our SAP S/4 implementations and building a deep, long-term partnership with SAP. Finally, you will be a critical part of our growth strategy and will be deeply involved in the commercial aspects of bids and execution against successful contracts, providing a rare opportunity for delivering growth and directly influencing revenue and profits. Therefore commercial acumen and experience are highly valued.

- 10-12 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to manage and support direct reports
- Proven strong organization skills especially in a BI / technical environment
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with peers while coordinating activities across the team
- Strong change management skills
- A passion for improving the customer experience
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Key Responsibilities
- Gather customer requirements from key stakeholder
- Create technical documentation, including specifications, test plans and final solution documentation
- Develop BI solutions in line with specification
- Improve efficiencies on operational activities by designing, developing and delivering effective BI
- Regularly communicate progress and recommendations

Provide a consultancy service to the customer to maximize the benefit derived from BI solutions
