Job Summary

We are hiring a SAP BI/BW Tester with deep expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ). The role involves validating data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and business compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test SAP BW/4HANA solutions: data extraction, modeling, queries, process chains.
  • Validate BW extractors, DSOs, InfoCubes, Composite Providers, Open Hub.
  • Perform regression, integration, and UAT testing across BI layers.
  • Validate BOBJ reports, SAC dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Ensure master data and transactional data integrity.
  • Monitor BODS jobs, IS jobs, ETL processes for successful data loads.
  • Document test plans, cases, defect logs, and execution results.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of SAP BI/BW testing experience.
  • Hands-on with BW/4HANA architecture, data flows, extractors, process chains.
  • Experience in SAC, BOBJ, BODS, IS job monitoring.
  • Proficiency in HP ALM, JIRA, Solution Manager for test management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
Nice to Have
  • Performance testing (LoadRunner, JMeter).
  • Test automation for BI pipelines.
  • CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
  • Cross-module testing exposure with ECC/S4 systems.
  • Telecom industry data warehouse experience.
