**Job Description**:
We seek marketing professionals for Alam Hospital & Research Centre in Ranchi, Jharkhand. to join our team in promoting our healthcare services to potential patients in the state of Jharkhand. The primary responsibility of the marketing professionals will be to bring patients to the hospital.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to potential patients in Chotanagpur Pargana and Santhaal Pargana to promote the healthcare services offered by Alam Hospital & Research Centre Ranchi, Jharkhand.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with patients, healthcare providers, and the local community.
- Develop business by meeting with local heads like Mukhiya, Pradhan, Anganwadi workers, sahiya, etc.
- Educate potential patients about the healthcare services offered by Alam Hospital and Research Center Ranchi.
- Keep track of patient leads and do proper follow-up with them regularly until the patient's admission.
- Provide information to patients regarding appointment schedules and other details.
- Providing regular reports and marketing activities, including the number of patients brought into the hospital and any feedback from patients as well.
- Meet monthly target ( No. of patient admission in the hospital to achieve the desirable goal ).

**Desired Skillset**
- Experience in healthcare marketing; / Freshers.
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable of the geographical areas of the respective district.
- The ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
- Fluency in local languages is highly desirable.

**Salary: As per norms.**
