**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries with empathy and professionalism
- Provide accurate information about our products, franchise services, and policies
- Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Log customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Collect feedback from customers to help improve services and processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues when necessary
- Maintain a polite and positive attitude at all times, representing the brand values.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer care or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable handling calls and managing multiple conversations efficiently
- Familiarity with CRM software and data entry
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
