**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct high-quality training programs (online/classroom-based /simulator-based) for maritime professionals.
2. Lead practical training exercises & case study discussions.
3. Develop & refine training content, ensuring it aligns with international regulations.
4. Provide mentorship & career guidance to maritime trainees.
5. Collaborate with the ISF team to enhance curriculum design & industry-relevant training.

**Qualifications**:
1. Master Mariner (Master COC) - Mandatory.
2. Prior experience in SIRE, RightShip inspections & sailing on tankers.
3. Prior experience in maritime training or mentoring is an advantage.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & AI tools.
5. Based in Mumbai or ready to relocate.

**Preferred Skills**:
1. Strong public speaking & training delivery skills.
2. Familiarity with e-learning tools & digital LMS training platforms.
