**Job Summary**
- SAP ABAP/HANA technical experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - BE / B.Tech.
- Preferably Worked on SAP-EWM module and EWM maintenance/support experience required.
- Experience in implementation / customizing / maintenance of a Global Template / SCM Core Solution.
- Worked on integrated landscapes with ECC, APO, CRM and EWM systems would be added advantage.

**Required Personnel Skills**:

- Able to work outside of first shift, including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, extended hours, and on-call rotations. We are a 24/7 support team in Bangalore.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. He/she is expected to prepare documents for new/complex issues / functions and share with team.
- Provide Solution Performance (analysis/tuning) and work across business/technology teams to ensure alignment between business solution definition & systems architecture for the organization
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s team, as well as, being a collaborative team member
- Analyze user requests and software requirements for feasibility of design and potential impact while cognizant of time and cost constraints
- Strong ability to identify, interpret and evaluate user and system requirements. He/she should be able to interact with business in a timely and proactive manner to understand their problem and suggest solutions.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues
- Able to respond to demanding target dates

**Job Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

- Root Cause Analysis of gaps in SAP-EWM module processes
- Develop ABAP programs to support approved developments
- Support existing custom ABAP development on SAP-EWM module
- Execute assigned technical component testing/Unit testing against agreed requirements
- Support error resolution during testing by functional team and business teams
- Works with other team leads to ensure integration across teams
- Responsible for timely completion of deliverables with high quality
- Ensure quality of deliverables
- Follow support processes, with focus on ITSM incident management
- Business partner communication to understand and resolve P2/P3/P4 tickets. Communicate to business partner issue impact and resolution. Handle business partner inquiries, coordinating the resolution with the various support groups
- End to End Change Request Management Tasks. (Requirement gathering from business, create and review functional requirement documents, perform manual unit testing and integration testing of new functionality, ensure 100% SOX compliance, etc.,)
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.

This position will require travelling about 30% of the time.
