**Job description**

**Role & responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies**:

- Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote hospital services, specialties, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop both digital and traditional marketing campaigns targeting new and existing patients.
- Identify opportunities for brand positioning and market expansion.
- Execute seasonal and ongoing marketing campaigns across channels (online and offline).

**Community Outreach & Engagement**:

- Organize community health events, wellness fairs, seminars, and other outreach activities.
- Collaborate with local businesses, schools, and organizations to enhance the hospitals presence in the community.
- Build relationships with local media outlets for press, health tips, and hospital news.

**Patient Experience and Retention**:

- Coordinate patient education programs to enhance knowledge about available services and health programs.
- Develop and distribute patient testimonials, success stories, and case studies to increase trust and loyalty.
- Work with the clinical and operations teams to ensure excellent patient experience and follow-up marketing efforts.

**Market Research & Analytics**:

- Conduct market research to understand patient needs, competitor positioning, and emerging trends in healthcare.
- Analyze customer feedback, social media mentions, and website traffic to continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on campaign performance, budget usage, and overall marketing.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience in working with hospitals, healthcare facilities, or other medical organizations.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards in marketing.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
