Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Calicut, India MALABAR GROUP Full time

To provide cost and material estimates, draw up projected budgets by Preparing quantification of items and tasks for all projects e.g.,tile, doors and windows, RCC quantity, etc.
- Analyze existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various contractors and vendors, as well as building relationships with clients and site managers.
- Responsible to Manage the finances for construction projects and making them cost-effective.
- Liaise with builders, architects, engineers, and other contractors in orde to ensure that the project remain within the planned budget.
- Coordinate with drawing department, Kanix team, purchase team, interior and site team for quantity checking and finalization.
- Prepare a Bill of Quantity for issuing contractors their offers.
- Create detailed estimation of items as per the drawings and update the same in the ERP system.
- Carry out tender comparison/material comparison as per the requirement and measure and value the work done on site
- Scrutinize maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals

**Salary**: Up to ₹264,000.00 per year
