**Job Track Description**:

- Performs business support or technical work, using data organizing and coordination skills.
- Performs tasks based on established procedures.
- In some areas, requires vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent experience.

**General Profile**
- Developed proficiency in a range of processes or procedures through job-related training and experience.
- Completes a variety of atypical assignments.
- Works within defined processes and procedures to find the appropriate approach for new assignments.
- Acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Employee from CCS & Pharma can only apply
- Recommendation from Manager is must for top performers
- Should have excellent communication skill, both written and oral.

**Responsibility Statements**
- 1.5 years’ experience in current role
- Work in accordance with SOW and HIPAA guidelines
- Experience in analyzing performance measures and good understanding of SLA/ KPI for the Processes
- Receives, research and resolves day to day work assignments
- Good at basic analytics and calculations
- Understand all aspects of assigned work to effectively provide customer service
- Flexible to work in any shift and for additional hours as per need
- Quick learning skills
- Working knowledge on basic to intermediate excel
- Ability to take on ad hoc activities, requirements, and work on projects when there is a requirement
