**Job Title**: Restaurant Incharge

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with hypermarket management for seamless integration of restaurant services.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and enhance the customer dining experience.
- Ensure all licenses and permits are up-to-date.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume setting.
