**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Supply Chain Operations**: Coordinate and execute end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- **Order Processing**: Oversee the entire order processing cycle from order receipt to fulfillment. Ensure timely processing of customer orders, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- **Order Processing KPIs**: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order processing, such as:

- Order cycle time (time taken from order receipt to dispatch).
- Order accuracy (percentage of orders fulfilled correctly).
- On-time delivery rate.
- Backorder rate.
- Order fulfillment rate.
- Customer satisfaction score related to order accuracy and delivery.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- **Logistics Optimization**: Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation routes, reduce lead times, and minimize logistics costs.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present regular reports to management on supply chain performance and order processing KPIs.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and international trade laws. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all supply chain activities.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including sales, procurement, and production, to align supply chain strategies with business goals and customer demands.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
