Job Title: Java Developer

About Client : IT MNC

Experience : 3 to 6 yrs

Location : Pune/Mumbai

Note: Looking for Immediate to 15 days Joiners.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Analyze given requirements independently and prepare impact analysis for the development.
- Able to create module/unit level delivery plan
- Design, write and debug complex programs
- Participate in internal defect meetings and close the defects as per SLA or stipulated timelines
- Providing Efficient Solution for enhancements
- Impact Analysis, Effort Estimations for enhancements and Defects in AMS
- Prepare documents like Technical & Functional Specification etc
- Integration & Enhancement Development
- Code, Test, Debug as per project standards
- QC, UAT & Production Release
- Create unit test plans and perform unit testing of the programs
- Actively participate and contribute to Sprint delivery
- Participate in internal defect meetings and close the defects as per SLA or stipulated timelines
- Timely and quality delivery as per agreed plan.
- A self-learner and self-motivated person; able to work independently.

**Skills / Attributes Required**:
**Essential**:

- JSP, Javascript
- REST API, JQuery, HTML5
- Web services, Open API, Micro services,
- Basic Shell Scripting
- Eclipse IDE, GIT
- Knowledge of Oracle 12c/19c with basic SQL and PL/SQL skill
- Ability to work with multiple projects and priorities accordingly
- Should be a skillful developer with good skills in coding, process flow, debugging, analysis and resolution, performance improvements
- Work with both internal and client teams on support issues and project development
- Well versed with SDLC.
- Provide timely and accurate status updates on projects
- Good Analytical, Problem solving and Interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience in Java, Micro-services and Web Development
- Create and maintain software documentation

**Desirable**:

- Development experience with object-oriented programming in JAVA technology stack
- Javascript/Angular unit testing framework
- Exposure to Keycloak
- Exposure to database design
- Exposure to automation tools

**Functional Skills**:

- Basics of Insurance background (preferred)
