The JD is as under:

- To handle Medical claims
- To Give Medical Opinion on the claims
- To intimate the claims to insurers based on intimations received from insured
- To obtain claim settlement details, share it with Insured and to incorporate the same in the MIS
- To deliberate with Insurers with technical reasoning in case of disputed claims
- To record and maintain claims MIS on day to day basis in MS Excel.
