**Job Summary**:
The Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the centre day-to-day administrative functions. This role involves managing office tasks, providing support to different departments, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining records, all while ensuring the office environment is organised and conducive to productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Administration**:

- Oversee general office duties, including managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and liaising with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure that the office is clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times.

**Documentation & Record-Keeping**:

- Prepare, file, and retrieve documents related to administration and support functions.
- Maintain confidential records and ensure proper storage and management of documents.

**Data Entry & Reporting**:

- Input data into internal systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
- Generate and prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed by management.

**Human Resources Support**:

- Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees.
- Maintain employee attendance records and support the HR team in basic HR functions.

**Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years in an administrative or office management role, ideally in a corporate or fast-paced environment.

**Skills**:

- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
