Your primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality education, facilitate learning, and contribute to the overall academic environment. Here's a job description for a BBA lecturer:
Course Delivery: Prepare and deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials on various topics related to business administration. Design and develop course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments, ensuring alignment with the curriculum and learning outcomes.

Student Assessment: Design and administer assessments, including quizzes, exams, assignments, and projects, to evaluate students' understanding and progress. Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments to guide students' learning and improvement.

Mentoring and Advising: Provide academic and career guidance to students, serving as a mentor and advisor. Assist students in selecting courses, planning their academic pathways, and exploring career opportunities in the field of business administration.

Academic Support: Offer additional support to students who may need assistance with course content or study skills. Conduct office hours or make yourself available for individual or group consultations to address students' questions, concerns, and academic challenges.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
