**We are looking,**

To hire an enthusiastic teammate to join our team of Super Heros. As a Travel Expert, you will be responsible to develop and foster business through proactive direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, direct calls for our hotels. Also, develop strategic action plansfor hotels to drive measurable, incremental sales revenueand positively contribute towards achieving the revenue targets.

Identify areas of opportunity in performance and recommend tools and sales training to optimize performance of sales team. Additionally work with individual hotel teams to identify improvement & development areas and ensure an overall smooth guest experience.

**KRA**:
**You will be,**
- Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotel.
- Expected to have clear understanding of the hotels business strategies.
- Identifying new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
- Representing Hotels in various events and exhibition.
- Implementing all sales action plans related to market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
- Conducting daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
- Expected to provide Quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long term business relationships.
- Participating in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.
- Working closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.
- Expected to develop strong relationships with on property front officeteam to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.
- Accompanying sales team on sales calls to potential clients to assist in development of the accountand to access the effectiveness and sales skills of the sales person.

**Requirements**:
**You must have,**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field.
- Previous work experience as a Sales Manager - Hotel / Hospitality
- Proven track record of Revenue Generation and Upselling / Cross selling.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
- Excellent follow-up time.
- Fast Learner.
- Adaptability.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with market research techniques.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
