Role: Travel Consultant – Entry Level We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our growing Sales team. As a Travel Consultant, you’ll be helping customers plan their dream vacations by understanding their needs, creating personalized itineraries, and guiding them through the booking process. Key Responsibilities - Understand customer requirements and present customized travel packages. - Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations and experiences. - Negotiate and close sales, meeting or exceeding monthly targets. - Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM (training will be provided). - Keep up to date with travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings. What We’re Looking For - Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Sales, or related field (preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates). - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and organizational ability. - Basic computer skills; knowledge of Zoho or other CRMs is a plus. - Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a bonus. - A genuine passion for travel and helping others explore new destinations.
