Field Sales Representative

We are manufacturers of Cosmetics products, and have recently launched our first product, which is a hair oil. We have plans to sacle up quickly through new products and new geogrpahies. Follwoing are the eligibility criteria
- i) 2 years of field sales experience in either FMCG or Consumer durables,
ii) A valid driving license
Following are the expectations from the incumbent
- Set up and manage a proper distribution infrastructure for our brands in selected markets
- Meet the sales and distribution targets assigned
- Plan and execute innovative and financially viable trade schemes on a regular basis
- Strict monitoring and control of in market performance and regular, unbiased reporting of the same to management
- Identify and recruit key stockists in priority markets and build a relationship with them
- Regular tracking of competitor activity

Compensation
- Basic salary, add-ons and reimbursements will be discussed after the first interview.
**Salary**: ₹144,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
