1. Develop Training Programs: Design and create training programs that address the specific needs of our retail staff, covering areas such as customer service, product knowledge, sales techniques, store operations, and company policies and procedures.

2. Training Material Creation: Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, hand-outs, and other resources to support training programs.

4. Assess Training Needs: Conduct ongoing assessments of training needs within the retail organization, identifying skill gaps and areas for improvement, and adjusting training programs accordingly.

5. Monitor Training Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to enhance their impact.

6. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovations in retail, incorporating relevant information into training programs to maintain a high level of expertise and ensure the training content remains current.

7. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with retail managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with business objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to employee development.

8. Provide Feedback and Coaching: Offer constructive feedback and coaching to retail employees, both during and after training sessions, to enhance their performance and professional growth.

9. Track Training Records: Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, performance assessments, and completion certificates.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Retail Trainer or in a similar training role within the retail industry.
- Excellent knowledge of retail operations, customer service principles, and sales techniques.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse audiences.
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.
- Proficient in using training software, learning management systems (LMS), and other relevant tools.
- Flexibility to adapt training programs to accommodate different learning styles and levels of experience.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training methods is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.05 - ₹20,000.84 per month

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
