**Operations Executive**

**Position Overview**: An Operations Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing day-to-day operations within an organization. This role involves overseeing processes, coordinating between departments, ensuring efficient resource utilization, and maintaining quality standards to achieve organizational goals. The Operations Executive works closely with various teams to ensure smooth workflow and to improve operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Process Management**:

- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of services/products.
- Develop, implement, and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Continuously review operational processes to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
- **Resource Management**:

- Ensure optimal utilization of resources (personnel, materials, and equipment) to maximize productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid shortages or overstock.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- **Team Coordination and Leadership**:

- Work closely with department heads and team members to ensure alignment on operational goals.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the operations team.
- Assist in hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
- **Reporting and Data Analysis**:

- Collect and analyze data to monitor key operational metrics such as productivity, cost, and efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on operational performance and areas for improvement.
- Use data insights to make informed decisions and implement process improvements.
- **Quality Control and Compliance**:

- Ensure that all operational activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure products/services meet the required standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential risks or areas of non-compliance.
- **Budget and Cost Management**:

- Monitor operational budgets and work with finance teams to control costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or efficiency.
- Assist in the forecasting and planning of operational expenses.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify operational risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Work proactively to resolve operational challenges or disruptions, ensuring mínimal impact on business continuity.
- Ensure workplace safety measures are followed and address any incidents or violations.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**:

- Liaise with HR, finance, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth integration of operations with company-wide initiatives.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational performance or launching new services/products.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Operations Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in operations management software and tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and resource management.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performance.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and quality standards.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in operations or supply chain management (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.

**Work Environment**:

- Typically office-based, though may require visits to operational sites (warehouses, factories, etc.).
- May involve occasional travel depending on the nature of the business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
