Telemarketing Advisor

**About the Role**
We are seeking motivated and knowledgeable **Tele Agri Advisors** to join our agriculture support team in Bhopal. The role involves providing expert telephonic advisory services to farmers and agri-input dealers, supporting them with crop management, product recommendations, and timely solutions to field-level challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to farmers, dealers, and agri-partners to provide crop advisory support.
- Understand farmers' needs related to crops, pests, soil, weather, irrigation, etc., and offer accurate recommendations.
- Keep records of calls, queries, feedback, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with field officers and agronomists to ensure updated regional knowledge.
- Share promotional offers, schemes, or updates regarding agri-products over call or WhatsApp.
- Resolve farmer issues efficiently or escalate technical queries to the appropriate expert.
- Assist in collecting feedback and conducting tele-surveys.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture / Agronomy / Horticulture or related field
**Experience**: Minimum 6 months to 2 years in agriculture advisory / call center / agri-input company preferred

**Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication in Hindi (local dialects will be a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel / CRM software.
- Customer handling and patience to deal with rural queries.
- Knowledge of local cropping patterns, pests, and seasonal concerns

**Preferred Attributes**
- Familiar with MP region cropping cycles and agri-climatic conditions.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Passionate about helping farmers and improving rural livelihoods

**Working Hours**
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
