As a Civil Quality Control, you will play a critical role in ensuring that construction projects adhere to quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and inspect all aspects of civil construction activities to identify deficiencies, ensure compliance, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive inspections of civil construction activities, including earthworks, concrete pouring, structural installations, and finishing works.
- Monitor and evaluate workmanship, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, and industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols to maintain consistency and adherence to quality standards across all project phases.
- Maintain detailed records of quality control inspections, test results, non-conformances, and corrective actions taken.
- Prepare comprehensive reports documenting quality control findings, including recommendations for improvement and corrective measures.
- Coordinate and oversee testing and certification of construction materials, such as concrete, steel, asphalt, and aggregates, in accordance with relevant standards and specifications.
- Work collaboratively with project stakeholders to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues and prevent recurrence.
- Provide guidance and training to project personnel on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Participate in project meetings, reviews, and lessons learned sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within the construction industry, preferably in civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
- Familiarity with relevant quality standards and codes.
- Proficiency in conducting inspections and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to upholding quality standards.
