Initial patient assessment
- Monitoring patients' vital signs
- Administering medications to patients based on
- Ensure patient health care records are maintained and accurate
- Administer medications to patients based on conditions and symptoms
- Order clinical and medical diagnostic exams and tests
- Take patient vital signs
- Record patient medical history
- Evaluate and manage patient care plans
- Work with other nurses and medical professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Counsel patients and family members on disease prevention and health maintenance
- Take vital signs and start IVs for patients
- Interpret diagnostic exams and tests to identify patient conditions
- Supervise the work of licensed practical nurses, nursing aides and assistants
- Guarantee patient confidentiality is respected and kept intact
- Maintain a safe, hygienic working environment
- Ensure all medical equipment used is up-to-date and functions properly
- Document all actions and any irregularities so that other nursing teams are aware of the current state of the patient
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
