TITLES IT Data Administrator, IT Asset Administrator
- ROLE PURPOSE
- The IT Data & Asset Administrator exists to provide support and be an adviser to the global IT
- community. Fundamentally intended to be part of an organization’s information technology business
- strategy, the goals of VCA are to reduce information technology (IT) costs and limit business and legal
- risk related to the ownership and use of vendors, IT assets and contracts, while maximizing IT
- responsiveness and end-user productivity.
- ROLE CONTRIBUTION
- 1 In order to achieve a global way of working within the VCA team, you are to:

- 1.1 - Understand and work with the 12 Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) for Asset Management as
- defined by IAITAM.
- 1.2 - Ensures that the global asset management methods and processes are properly approved and
- communicated to staff before being implemented.
- 1.3 - Collect and provide information for budgeting, software compliance & inventory, contract
- summaries, and cost comparisons so that the IT management has a better understanding of our
- software expenses;
- The measure of your effectiveness in this will be:

- Maturity level as defined by Icosit controls;
- Monitor approval steps and KPI’s.
- 2. In order to achieve a high level of stakeholder satisfaction (internal and external) you are to:

- 2.1 - act as the single point of contact towards the vendors and internal stakeholders;
- 2.2 - ensuring compliancy and integrity in the internal and external stakeholder management;
- 2.3 - provide solid advice and risk management to achieve the best results and gain trust;
- 2.4 - maintain a high quality level of communication on milestones and performance.
- The measure of your effectiveness in this will be:

- The customer satisfaction from the stakeholders;
- The incorporation of the provided advice by the stakeholders.
- 3. In order to achieve a high level of stakeholder satisfaction (internal and external) you are to:

- 3.1 - Respond to requests from internal stakeholders regarding IT Asset Management data
- information;

- The customer satisfaction from the stakeholders;
