Job Title - Data Scientist

Location - Bangalore ( Hybrid - 3 days a week )

Experience: 5-7 years*

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Build, validate & deploy ML models (scoring, forecasting, optimization, NLP, etc.).
- Collaborate with product & engineering teams to design impactful algorithms.
- Lead feature engineering, model selection & production deployment.
- Ensure models are explainable, scalable & continuously improving.
- Stay updated on latest ML/AI trends.

*Must-Have Skills:*
- Strong background in ML, statistics & applied mathematics.
- Python/R with ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Experience with large datasets & end-to-end model deployment.
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.

*Good-to-Have Skills:*
- NLP/Text Mining, LLM exposure.
- Bayesian modeling, RL, or simulation.
- AWS/Cloud ML pipelines, SEO/search-related models.

*Qualifications: Master’s/PhD in a quantitative field with proven Data Science expertise.*

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
