**Position: Research Chemist**
- Develop efficient synthetic routes for target molecules and intermediates.
- Perform and optimize complex multi-step syntheses for high yield and purity.
- Use chromatography, crystallization, and other methods to purify and isolate compounds.
- Characterize compounds using analytical techniques like NMR, MS, IR, HPLC.
- Adhere to safety, regulatory, and environmental standards in the lab
- Maintain accurate experimental records in laboratory notebooks and prepare technical reports or presentations.
- Literature search through multiple reference sources and information platforms.
- Stay updated with advancements in related fields and contribute to the scientific growth of the organization
- Utilize ChemDraw and other informatic tools for data analysis and reporting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹37,500.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
