**Roles and Responsibilities**

To animate scenes, objects, characters in Blender, following proper animation workflow

To generate balanced poses to convey the act according to the laws of physics

To use principles of animation to make animation realistic

To coordinate with script writers about development of storylines and actions and sequences

To generate thumbnails to block animation.

To develop right acting and emotions as per the demand of the scene.

To use imagination and bring accident like scenarios to life-like animations

To cooperate with the team lead to deliver work in deadlines

To work with the team to clear camera hooks and story continuity

To be a problem solver and be organized as per checklist generated per project

To coordinate with different team members to give the finished product.

To attend project team meetings.

To make sure that character movements reflect the attributes of their characteristics defined in the story

A good hold on character and camera animation

Knowledge of basic principles of animation

Software Knowledge: Blender (MUST)

Should have sound understanding on all aspects of 3d production pipeline

Must be able to troubleshoot any rig problems to achieve desired animation

**SUBMIT PORTFOLIO (include a link to your reel and samples) that reflects a good animation skills in Blender**

**KPIs and KRAs**
- Solution finder
- Troubleshoot any technical issues or bugs in software
- Daily activity reports must be submitted at the end of the day with details about project(s) worked on, asset creation, research or any idea conceived for in-house projects etc.
- Drive to learn new software features and adapt to evolving software programs
- Stay abreast of latest developments in 3d content development with approach to find alternatives to fasten the production pipeline
