**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES**
- Perform the tensile testing and other mechanical properties testing.
- Perform calibration for dimensional and mechanical measuring instrument.
- Liaise among departments on material and product testing matters.
- Make certificates for calibration, calibration reports, result of each calibration and series of test or calibration with clearly, unambiguously and objectively also and with any specific instructions in the calibration methods.
- Implement the Quality System of I5O/IEC 17025 policies and guidance on the technical operations in the laboratory.
- Coordinates internal audits of the laboratory.
- Maintains, analyzes, and updates statistical data and /or control charts.
- Participates in available and relevant proficiency tests, and /or inter-laboratory collaborative studies.

**Functional Competencies**

Machines/equipment control =To ensure all equipment are in compliance with test standard / ISO 17025, and plan for calibration program effectively.
2m Testing machine operation =To operate the tensile testing machine and harder testers compression test, hardness test, and dimensional calibration as per international standards treatment of metals for process control and quality.

**Educational Background**:
Diploma's degree in Engineering Mechanical, Industrial Science, or related field

2 years' experience in Laboratory for mechanical testing is preferable
