**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Make outbound calls** to potential customers to promote real estate projects and generate new leads.
- Respond to inbound queries from clients regarding properties and real estate services.
- **Schedule and coordinate property viewings** or site visits with interested clients and sales agents.
- **Explain property details** such as location, amenities, pricing, and features over the phone.
- **Maintain and update** customer databases and records in CRM systems.
- **Follow up regularly with leads** to nurture their interest and address concerns, aiming to move them towards a sale.
- **Provide feedback** to the management on customer needs and trends in the market.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum education: Preference may be given to graduates.
- Prior experience in tele calling, telemarketing, customer service, or sales (preferably in real estate) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer knowledge.
- Excellent verbal **communication** and listening skills.
- Strong **negotiation** and persuasion abilities.
- Good **time management** and multitasking capabilities.
- Customer relationship management techniques and telemarketing strategies.
- Ability to handle rejection, remain positive, and work towards targets.
- Organizational skills to manage a high volume of calls and follow-up schedules.

**Pay & Benefits**:

- Fixed salary with **additional incentives** based on performance.
