**Brief about the Team**:
The Product & Design team is a center of excellence within Tata 1mg. The team works closely with the org-wide leadership team, business, product, growth, and category teams to drive the best user experience and strategic initiatives. The team works on special projects and innovations that aim to deliver high impact. The projects span across business verticals including e-pharma, e-diagnostics and retail.

**What Will you do**:

- Independently lead the design process to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for Tata 1mg’s digital platforms (B2C & partner apps)- Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams like product, marketing, category management, business, and engineering teams to build scalable and impactful solutions.- Communicating and coordinating with senior stakeholders.- Understand the product and business strategy and drive the overall design solutions based on usability, data, consistency, business goals, aesthetics and customer experience.- Design visually stunning and cohesive user interfaces that align with our brand identity and user expectations.- Proficient in conducting user research and usability testing, collaborating with analytics data to inform insightful design decisions.- Conceptualize visual requirements and collaborate with either the visual team or be resourceful to acquire assets independently.- Communicate designs - Create meaningful solution deliverables such as sketching, wireframes, flowcharts, UI designs, prototypes, dev handoffs, presentations that help the team understand what to build and why.- Cultivates motivation and energizes team dynamics, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment- Stay updated on design trends and technologies, advocating for best UI practices, experience and innovation.
- Contribute to the design system to ensure consistency and quality across our platforms.

**What are we looking for**:

- Seasoned product designer with 18 months to 4 years of experience.- Job type - On-site- Bachelor's degree in design is not mandatory.- Must have experience working on consumer products.-
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for crafting intuitive and visually stunning user experiences.- Strong experience and skills in UX, research, UI, visual design, and micro-interactions.- Experience working with cross-functional teams and doing stakeholder management.- Skilled in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with knowledge of motion softwares like Adobe After Effects, Lottie and/ or Rive as a valuable asset.- Proficiency in quickly integrating feedback and strategizing for future design scalability and seamless integration within the product ecosystem- Experience of working in agile environments and delivering best in class product design- Able to plan and execute usability research using a variety of research methods and techniques
- Support the company’s goals, team initiatives, and the broader product vision
