Job Title: 6 to 12 Months Training Program with Job Offer

**Program Overview**:Our 3-month training program offers real-world experience in the IT industry and a pathway to a job with a structured growth plan. During the training, you will work with cross-functional teams on live projects, learning essential skills for your role. After successfully completing the training, you will transition to a full-time position with competitive compensation and an opportunity for professional development.

**Available Roles in the Program**:

- Digital Marketing
- Business Analyst
- Research Analyst
- Data Engineer
- Data Analyst
- Data Scientist

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in live projects, collaborating with expert teams to deliver impactful solutions
- Assist in software development, data analysis, business strategy, quality assurance, and more
- Support cloud, DevOps, and network infrastructure projects for scalability and performance
- Learn agile methodologies, project management practices, and the essentials of your specific role

**Qualifications**:

- Completed graduation / post-graduation
- Basic knowledge in your chosen role (e.g., programming for developers, data analysis for analysts)
- Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and eagerness to learn
- Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
