**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Create, curate, and manage content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the design and video teams to produce visually engaging and high-performing content.
- Plan and manage the content calendar ensuring consistent and timely posting.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships.
- Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Run paid ad campaigns and coordinate with digital marketing teams to optimize reach and ROI.
- Support influencer collaborations and partnerships.
- Stay updated on social media best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging tools.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management (real estate, luxury, or lifestyle experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and content trends.
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, or Hootsuite.
- Basic understanding of social media advertising and analytics.
- Excellent communication and writing skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Passion for digital storytelling and brand building.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing.
- Experience in video content creation (Reels/TikTok).
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
