**Work Hours**: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors at the reception desk in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls and make outbound calls as required.
- Manage front desk activities and provide administrative support to the team.
- Maintain office records, documentation, and assist in day-to-day admin operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth office functioning.
- Handle basic client queries and direct them to the right department.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in **Kannada and Hindi** is mandatory.
- Good telephone etiquette and professional behavior.
- Presentable appearance and professional dressing.
- Ability to multitask and handle admin duties efficiently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

**Salary**: As per industry standards (to be discussed during the interview).

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
