We are on the lookout for dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives. In this role, you will be instrumental in propelling the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and surpassing sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients promptly and courteously via calls, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Categorize clients and maintain sales monitoring to optimize opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective follow-up strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Execute sales tactics to secure successful closures.
- Provide regular reports on sales progress and inquiries.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of business leads and sales records.
- Leverage marketing skills to maximize business opportunities.
- Conduct presentations and business meetings with clients.
- Possess a valid driving license and readiness to travel to meet key clients.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to sales research.
- Prioritize building strategic relationships with clients for product enhancements, repairs, or modifications.
- Collaborate with management through regular reporting.
- 2-6 years of experience, including expertise in project and material sales.
- Proficiency in closing leads and deals provided.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Negotiation skills in multiple languages.
- Willingness to travel for work.
- Proficiency in language and mathematics for accurate quotations and tender submissions.

**Required Languages**:

- Fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam.

**Education and Certifications**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 & 4 Wheeler Licenses preferred.

**Work Location**:
3rd Floor, Emarald Mall, Mavoor Road, Calicut, Kerala.

**Working Hours**:
9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday.
