Job description:
Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of architectural and interior design drawings and presentations.
- Support in conceptualizing space planning, material selections, and interior layouts.
- Work on AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design software for drawings and 3D models.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for on-site execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, BOQs, and documentation.
- Research materials, furniture, lighting, and design trends.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and material boards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in an interior design/architecture firm.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. Knowledge of, Lumion, or Enscape is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design concepts, detailing, and materials.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings when required.
