Join **Lakhani Builders Pvt. Ltd.**, a leading real estate developer in Navi Mumbai We are looking for a talented **Jr. Architect** to be a part of our **Vashi Corporate Office.**

**Position: Jr. Architect**
**Location**: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
**Experience**: 1-3 years in architecture, real estate, or construction

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing architectural designs, layouts & working drawings.
- Support in creating 3D visualizations & presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors & project teams.
- Ensure compliance with building codes & regulations.
- Assist in space planning, material selection & design optimization.
- Work closely with site engineers for execution & quality control.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 1-3 years of experience in architectural design or construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop & Revit.
- Strong design & technical skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of municipal approvals & DCR is a plus.
- Ability to work on multiple projects & meet deadlines.
