Job Description for Paralegal profile.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and corporate meetings.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law and evidence.
- Draft legal documents, including briefs, contracts, and pleadings.
- Organize and maintain case files and documentation.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information.

**Requirements**:

- Associate's degree or certificate in paralegal studies; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with US legal terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Shift Timings**: 6:30PM to 6:30 AM (any 9 hours shift)

**Weekend Offs**: Sat/Sunday fixed offs

**Job Location**: Bhayander (West), Mumbai

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
