- **Clear Drains**: Ensure that drains in sinks, showers, and toilets are clear of clogs. Use drain covers to prevent debris from entering and causing blockages.
- **Test Water Pressure**: Maintain appropriate water pressure to prevent stress on pipes and fixtures. Excessively high water pressure can lead to leaks and other issues.
- **Check for Dripping Faucets**: Dripping faucets not only waste water but can also cause staining and damage to fixtures.
- **Insulate Pipes**: In Singapore's humid climate, consider insulating exposed pipes to prevent condensation and potential corrosion.

**Electrical Systems Maintenance**:

- **Routine Inspection**: Engage qualified electricians to conduct regular inspections of your office's electrical system. This includes checking wiring, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers.
- **Check for Faulty Outlets and Switches**: Replace or repair malfunctioning outlets and switches to prevent electrical hazards.
